A confirmation email will be sent to you following your purchase. Take the time to review all of your blind options and sizes to avoid mistakes. We will give you 24 hours to re-validate your order. After this final validation, your order will be sent to our trusted manufacturer. Please allow 3 weeks and 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped to you. An order tracking email will be sent to you by the shipping company.

Frequently asked questions about returns and refunds
Quality is a top priority when designing our products. Therefore, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective due to shipping or defective during installation, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@storesnamastay.com within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. We ask that you provide full details and include photos of the defect or damage. Only returns sent by mail will be accepted, you will have to pay the shipping costs and we will be happy to send you a new item.
At Namastay Blinds, we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within (10) days of receipt. We will gladly refund the value of the product.
