For your satisfaction
At Namastay Blinds, we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within (10) days of receipt. We will gladly refund the value of the product.
Here are the steps to follow to make a return:
- Please send us the item(s) and specify the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.
- Only returns sent by post will be accepted, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Exchange policy:
Quality is a top priority when designing our products. Therefore, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective due to shipping or defective during installation, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@storesnamastay.com within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. We ask that you provide full details and include photos of the defect or damage. Only returns sent by mail will be accepted, you will have to pay the shipping costs and we will be happy to send you a new item.
Modification or cancellation of your order
You may need to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. We realize that unforeseen situations may arise and that you may need to change your order. Therefore, to make changes or cancel your order, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and make any necessary changes.
